NAJS Is a program for the management of rented apartments. The program is
designed for companies and individuals who want to keep records of the
rented apartments and keep track of financial transactions, cash-flow
and maintenance work regarding the apartments.
This application supports the process of handling saving accounts
within The National Housing Saving Schema (NSVS). The principal functionality
of the program is to determine if a particular saving account is entitled to
receive a state premium payment according to the provisions stated in the
NSVS law. The application also exports public part of the underlying database
to further enable web application for browsing the saving accounts.
StanWin application handles the payments to the state budget based on
the flats sold according to the Housing law. The users are companies that
are entitled to on part of the flat payments and are by law required to
establish control mechanisms to handle the respective money flow.
